Your custom brush, from drawing to delivery
Every OEM brush project at Pamin follows a five-stage process engineered to eliminate the two biggest risks in custom manufacturing: a specification that does not match the machine, and a production batch that does not match the sample. Here is how we take your idea from paper to your receiving dock.
1. Specification & Feasibility
Send us your drawing, sample, or machine description. Our engineer reviews the filament, dimensions, mounting interface, and operating conditions and confirms feasibility — or recommends a better construction. You get a clear answer, usually within one business day.
2. Quotation & Terms
A formal DDP landed-cost quote covering goods, freight, duties, and delivery. MOQ, sampling lead time, production lead time, and payment milestones are all stated up front. No hidden fees, no surprise line items.
3. Golden Sample Approval
We produce 1-5 pre-production samples. You test them on your actual equipment under real conditions. Once both sides sign off on the golden sample, it becomes the quality benchmark for mass production. Sampling typically takes one to two weeks.
4. Production & In-Line QC
Mass production begins with in-line inspection at roughly the 30% mark to catch filament or dimensional drift early. Filament batch, tufting density, trim length, and hub dimensions are checked against the golden sample at every stage.
5. Pre-Shipment Inspection & DDP Delivery
A final inspection verifies a random sample against the golden sample. Once signed off, goods are packed, shipped, cleared through customs, and delivered to your door on DDP terms — one invoice, one accountable partner, no surprises at the port.
