A: Yes. Free samples for existing products within 7 days. You only cover courier shipping.
OEM & Custom Orders
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for custom brushes?
A: MOQ starts from 300 pcs for custom orders. For stock products, MOQ is typically 500–2,000 pcs.
Q: Will my design be protected?
A: Absolutely. We sign NDAs with all OEM clients. Your design is never shared or reused.
Payment & Shipping
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: T/T bank wire transfer, Airwallex card payments, Letter of Credit, and PayPal for samples.
Q: How is this different from using Alibaba?
A: Alibaba connects you to suppliers. We verify them — physical factory visits, on-site QC, end-to-end logistics.
