Confirm MOQ, tooling, sample lead time, production schedule and delivery basis before work begins.

Produce and approve the reference sample that becomes the benchmark for mass production.

Production & in-line QC
Check filament batch, tuft density, trim and critical dimensions during production—not only at the end.

Inspection & delivery
Verify the finished order against the approved sample, then pack, document and coordinate shipment.
What to send
Start with whatever evidence you have.
A drawing is ideal, but a worn brush, machine model, photo with dimensions or description of the operating problem can be enough for initial engineering.
